Biscuits
1 Cup AP GF Flour
1 Cup Rice Flour w/ Chia Seed
1/2 Cup Potato Starch
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
1 T Baking Powder
1 T Sugar
1 t Salt
3/4 t Cream of Tartar
3/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1 Cup Rice Milk
Mix all ingredients together to form a dough. Shape as desired into biscuits.
Bake 450º 10-12 min
Gravy
Brown sausage in cast iron pan. When cooked poor rice milk over sausage the more milk the more gravy. Use Potato Starch to thicken the gravy to desired consistency and pour over biscuits.
