Blackberry Cobbler

Food Allergies…we have them covered.  Everyone likes a good desert and August is Blackberry season so we could not resist our favorite.  All we needed was a little Chemistry Change on the good old family recipe, good thing Momma’s minor is Chemistry!

1 Cup Sugar

1 Cup GF Rice flour mix (Rice & Chia Seed)

1 T baking powder

1 t salt

2 Flax Eggs

1-2 Cups Blackberries
