Cupcakes

1 Cup All-purpose GF baking flour

1/4 Cup Coconut Flour

1/4 Cup Tapioca Flour

1 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Oil

1 Cup Milk

1 t baking powder

1 t baking soda

1 t vanilla

1 t salt

2 T vinegar

Mix all the dry ingredients, mix in all wet ingredients, mix the vinegar in last the pour/scoop into muffin tin.

Bake 350º F for 20 min.

Cool and decorate as desired.
