Blueberry Muffins

3/4 Cup AP GF flour
3/4 Cup Rice Flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 Cup sugar
1/3 olive oil
2 scoops flax and Chia seed mix, 3 scoops water (1 scoop is 53cc or about 1/4 cup)
1 Cup Rice milk
About 1 cup blueberries.

Mix everything together and let sit about 10 before filling muffin tins.  Bake 20-25 min at 350° F.
