Dinner was a hit last night well until one of the boys saw the bottle of sauce I used. He thought it was Teriyaki and it was gonna hurt his tummy. No soy or gluten in this recipe!
I cut the pork chops into thin slices and fried them up. Added some Coconut Aminos about half way thru cooking. I added some more as it finished cooking.
Cooked up some white rice and fried up some red onions.
Rice, meat, topped with onions and it was delicious!
To complete the meal I think next time we will try an apple coleslaw!
